PFMConnect is an international public sector financial management consultancy whose principals are based in Australia and the United Kingdom. We support governments and public sector organisations in facilitating improvements to their public financial management (PFM) practices. We are committed to working with developing countries. Our principals have significant PFM experience which is made available to clients.
We work with public sector clients to:
• Identify improvements in PFM practices to help clients achieve their desired performance
• Develop comprehensive packages of prioritised, costed and integrated plans to improve PFM performance together with supporting detailed monitoring arrangements
• Implement agreed PFM improvements
In view of our global knowledge and experience of government policy, regulation and operational needs and practices at all levels, we also seek to provide relationship development services to private sector clients to facilitate their advancement of constructive working relationships with public sector organisations throughout the world.
